Having presented to over 200 organisations, our training programs are based on extensive experience and knowledge in workplace health and wellbeing. We are passionate about the role good emotional, mental and physical health plays in creating more dynamic and productive workplaces.
Our training programs target leaders in organisations, as we view them as being in a position of responsibility and opportunity to influence change. We adopt a strong facilitative approach and adult learning principles to create engaging and meaningful training sessions.
Our aim is to have our clients leave feeling that they can motivate others, be empowered by our practices and build greater wellbeing for their workplace and their own lives.

Our Approach to Training & Facilitation
Prior to any training we take the time to speak with the organisation to determine what their current needs are and establish clear learning objectives.
Our training session can be tailored to run from 1 hour to 1 day, depending on the themes that need to be covered and the depth of learning that the organisations requires the group to undertake.
